Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Refund and Exchange:
  • you can open and check your order while the courier is at your door step.

  • If you don't handle the time with courier within 3 days, order will be canceled.
  •  You have 1 day from the date of receipt to request a refund or exchange.
  • The item must be unused (Not Washed), in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Process for Refund and Exchange:
• Before sending back the item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the process.
• Capture and send a clear photograph of the item showing its condition before shipping it back to us.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
